Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle’s New $3.9 Million “Forever Home”

“The house itself is, like, Southern. It’s charming. It’s exactly like what everybody wants,” Madison said during an episode of “Southern Charm.” “I know it is a high price, trust me, but honestly, the house is just, it’s perfect.”

Madison expressed emotional about the milestone, noting that she had previously dreamed of living in the neighborhood. She remarked on achieving this dream with her “hunky young man” and her “own money,” contrasting with her past aspirations of marrying a wealthy individual. She also reflected on the personal significance of the purchase, stating, “The fact that I’m even, like, approved for something like this after being called, like, white trash for how many years? And now it’s like life is so good that it doesn’t feel real.”

Madison plans to raise her future children in the home. Brett remarked about her late father, Ted “Teddy” LeCroy, while they were on their new patio. Their daughter, Teddi, was named in honor of Madison’s father, who passed away before her birth in June 2025.

“Southern Charm” Season 11 airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock. The season features returning cast members Venita Aspen, Salley Carson, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Madison LeCroy, Molly O’Connell, Rodrigo Reyes, and Shep Rose, alongside newcomers Charley Manley and Whitner Slagsvol.
