Following the elimination, Samurái’s identity was revealed to be the well-known Eduardo España, much to the surprise of the show’s investigators.
Investigators JuanPa Zurita, Carlos Rivera, Anahí, and Ana Brenda expressed their disbelief at not being able to guess España’s identity, with some joking that they had already found the show’s winner. España himself playfully remarked on the investigators’ varied guesses, including a joke about “Nomás les faltó Sara Garcia”.
The episode featured performances from the four contestants. Tropi Coco, who performed “Mejor que ayer,” was saved by Anahí and advanced directly to the semifinals. The public then voted Maestro Bops as their favorite, and Carro Ñero was also saved, leaving Samurái to face elimination.
During the reveal, host Omar Chaparro expressed his honor in sharing the stage with Samurái before calling for the mask to be removed, unveiling Eduardo España.
